HIRING POSITION: Business Development Executive/Manager
REPORTING TO: The Director
LOCATION: Delhi NCR (Hybrid)
Profile Summary:
Your role is to identify potential customers/ clients/ consumers who could benefit from IPM’s services. Your everyday tasks would be to pitch new consumers through cold calling, emailing and physical meetings to understand their needs and recommend IPM’s solutions that align with their requirements. Apart from online marketing research, your role will also require you to develop proposals and presentations for consumers and further assist them in the negotiation of contracts. Your overall responsibility would be to identify potential leads and then convert the same into permanent consumers. Sectors that could benefit from our services are the Development sector (NGOs and INGOs), Corporates, Communication agencies, Video Production agencies, the architecture industry, etc.
Job Responsibilities:

Identify potential consumers and collaborators and build them into permanent leads.

Negotiate terms and agreements with consumers and collaborators as per IPM’s policy.

Support the director in managing relationships with consumers and collaborators.

Assist the director in understanding the needs of existing consumers.

Develop proposals and presentations for potential consumers and collaborators.

Evaluate our peer agencies and their deliverables to provide and support our consumers and collaborators with what’s working best in the industry.

Maintain the profiles of consumers and collaborators in an organised format.

Accumulate consumer's feedback during the project and after submission.

Build relationships with key decision-makers of the potential consumers for a long-term collaboration.

Generate 8 new leads every 6 weeks with a closure report.

Assisting the director to ensure the project is completed on time and within the budget.
Our Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other relevant field.

Proven track record in business development and/or sales with at least 2-5 years of experience. Having experience in the video production industry is beneficial but not mandatory.

Exceptional oral, verbal, written and presentation skills.

Professional and presentable during external meetings.

Hands-on experience with market research, competitive analysis, and target market identification.

Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close.
Salary & Benefits:
1) Remuneration:
-
This is a Commission-Only position with up to 10% commission structure from each project.
-
Only after closing/ completion of 8 deals in 6 weeks, apart from the mentioned commission, the employee will also receive a bonus.

Per day commission (out of the total amount) to be paid by IPM if any meeting that turns into a final lead is scheduled on off days or any other public holiday.

Probation period (6 months): Upon reviewing the targets and its results, the bonus may increase in terms of % after the director’s approval.
2) We have 5 days of working structure, with off on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
3) We have flexible work timings, as long as you match your timelines with our potential consumers and work within the deadlines given by the director.
4) 12 Annual Paid Leaves once a year after 6 months of the starting date of the contract.
